Question: Requete d'accreditation du CRT

A la page 23 du liste ils parle de la Syndicate des travailleuses de garde en millieux familial des Laurentides.....C'est quelles BC ca? Moi j'ai assister un reunion le Mercredi le 17 decembre. J'appartien a le BC L'antre-Temps a St Agathe des Monts. Es cela notre requete? Je sais que j'ai l'air nouille en demandant cela mais c'est seulement ici que j'ai des vraies nouvelles. Je suive toutes vos discussions et questions avec interet. Si il y a quelqu'une qui a une idee plus claire sur comment on peut suivre la progresssion de tout ca......à l'aide!!! En passant excuse pour mon francais...Je suis anglophone, une chance que mes enfants sont bilangue. Merci de l'avance pour vos commentaires. :merci:

The "syndicat des travailleuses de garde en milieu familial des laurentides" is the name of the local syndicate office not the name of a "bureau coordonnateur or CPE".

In the beautiful world of syndicalisation you have a head office call CSQ or CSN, they both have for every region a local district group.

The CSQ have "Aliance des intervenantes en milieu familial de......! abreviation : ADIM
And the CSN have "Syndicat des responsables de garde en milieu familial de....!

In the liste of the CRT you can read, for every accrediation waiting, three parties...1- the local office group of the chosen syndicate, 2- The CPE or BC of the RSGMF . 3- the minister of justice.

Look closely each section you will see the name of the CPE in cause!

Yours is not yet there, too soon, ....Do you know if you have the majority signatures requested? if you do, your CPE will be soon there!!

J'ai reelu ton message et c'est effectivement pour cela que j'ai demander le question. Notre recontre etait avec le CSQ. Je sais pas si on a recus le nombre requise pour faire une demande mais j'étais impressioner de voir que les filles sembler....je sais pas....pas saisir l'implication de toute ca. Je veut dire, les avantages pour nous. D'une autre coté, nous semble jouer au carte en manquant plusieurs carte n'est pas? Il manquer beaucoup des filles aussi. Semble que elles ont pas ete contacter. Moi j'ai appeller quatre que je sentais plus aisle, je les connais à cause des formations a traver les annees. La qu'est qu'on fait? On attend parce'que on a peur de passer pour pas respecter les autres? Qui va les contacter toutes les autres filles? Elles n'ont pas toute l'internet.

The BC or CPE is now your boss, they will not call any RSG to informe them of a syndicate reunion. you don`t have the list of all the RSG in your BC? Call the syndicate that you joinded and ask them some help or advises for what can you do to have it!

As for us, me and one other girl took the initiative of calling all of the RSG of our BC, one by one. We scheduled a reunion for all of them right after a syndicate information reunion. We did have the list of the RSG of our BC.

If you an one other RSG want to do something you both can call all the others to informe them of the situation and maybe you can ask the syndicate to come an have an other reunion for all of you this time....

If you do so, just tell them of the reunion date and the importance of being there, do not impose your point of view, and don`t insiste...cause that can be see as harasment, you can`t push them to joign in, that could invalidate the processus!

And if you can`t have an other reunion you still can call some of them who were not there, and gently expose them what is happening, and ask them if they are interested in signing the syndicate card, if they say yes, give them the phone number of the syndicate that you joinded! One by one! and no pression!

Take the initiative of calling at least the syndicate!
